How I'm feeling:
Excited that I'm be persistent and consistent with my workout challenge. I try not to focus on the weight loss but just happy to be having more energy feeling better and completing my workouts. Down 2 lbs and 23 more lbs to go....go mel!

Goals for the next 10 days:
My goals for next 10 days is to push a little more during exercises and eat more fruit/veggies. My right knee bothers me some so I'm going to get one of those support straps recommend by courtney and see if that helps. I know if probably my body adjusting to working out. Can't wait until next weigh-in. Oh...i do see a difference in my pic comparison....excited to see what day 60 vs day 1 looks like! :)

Hey ladies!! Somebody come get mom and just tell her to stop cooking!! I'm eating everything I see. Not looking good right now...but I'm praying for self control. I'm eating and not exercising! NOT a good combination at all! BUT, I am in preparation now to eating better and exercising more. Totally pumped because it sure doesn't feel good when ALL your clothes too tight or you just not comfortable! :( But I'm determined to take care of the spiritual and the physical; therefore, I must keep pushing myself to do better! Hope everyone is working hard at staying spiritually and physically fit. Love you!

Lord I wasn't signed in and my info NEVER posted! "Lerd, Jesus!" LOL

Okay ladies after BLOOD, SWEAT, and TEARS, my numbers didn't CHANGE!!!!!!!!! I'm not upset, but I am proud of myself for even doing it (keeping a positive mindset)

Here are my numbers again:
